Designer database migration

Please notice that the upgrade installation to version 5.0.0 will perform a database migration, automatically. The migration just focuses on indices of collections and does not impact the actual data. The impacted services are designer-backend, git-integration-controller and k5-asset-manager. The new versions of these services are only compatible with the new database schema, so in case of migration failure you need to rollback to the previous release.

ℹ️note

Please ensure that you are performing a database backup of your configured mongoDB before you install the upgrade to version 5.0.0.

ℹ️note

In case one pod of the mentioned services is failing and not able to start successfully, please check the pod logs for the following error message:
